For the book cover assignment, I selected the novel I Can See the Sun by Georgian author Nodar Dumbadze. The story is a bittersweet tale of war, friendship, and love. At the center of the sun, I placed the main characters: Khatia, a blind girl who can see only the sun, and Soso, her friend who is always by her side. Their friendship gradually blossoms into romantic love. The project requirements included using an analogous color scheme, creating a simulated three-dimensional effect, applying a clipping mask, and more—all in vector format.
